Catholic Institute for the Deaf People (CIDP) Village, is located in Cabra, Dublin. The project consist the demolition of an existing building with the exception of the chapel building. 

This development was constructed on a 25 acre site the building structures consists of a 2 storey, double height and single storey complex, made up of a state of the art sport hall, 25-meter swimming pool, gym, changing room facilities and administration area. The old existing chapel building was refurbished and transformed into office spaces.

These facilities where designed with the deaf community in mind, innovative yet functional, sustainable yet economical and elegent yet respectful for the user. These buildings are also available to the wider community in the area, who has access to the facilities there.
