This iconic gateway project is located along one of the principle arteries leading to the city centre. The triangular island site marks the entrance to an established urban village and the proposed mix of uses consolidates and enhances the existing village character and facilities.

The 9200 Sq m development comprises commercial offices, retail space and residential apartments in two distinctive blocks of five and seven storeys in height. A central public street separates the pointed northern end on the triangle from the deeper southern sector.

A base of retail shops and cafes enclose residential and office courts located at the heart of the two blocks provides an active edge to the east/west street that joins the main street at the eastern edge of the site to the quieter pedestrian priority local road to the west.

The building profiles rise from 2 storeys at the southern boundary adjoining existing houses up to the 7 storey landmark building at the northern apex.  The allocation of uses are principally retail at ground and first floor level, commercial offices at 1st,2nd,3rd and 4th levels and residential at 4th, 5th and 6th levels. South and west facing terraces provide shared and private gardens to the residential units. There is basement car parking across the entire site footprint.
