A series of North / South linear residential blocks are situated on either side of the Concourse at the station access level over the car park. Landscaped courtyards separate the Apartment buildings with access foyers located at street level . The apartment blocks vary in height between 3 and 5 storeys above the courtyard level with a 7 storey marker building identifying the station entrance and the concourse connection to the Civic Square , the most important public space in Adamstown. The pallet of materials includes light and dark buff brickwork, natural timber and zinc roofing.
