The RIAI Silver Medal for Housing is the highest accolade given for housing projects by the RIAI, and we are proud to announce that this year the RIAI has decided to award not one, but two Silver Medals to O’Mahony Pike, for two projects – Capital Dock, and Marianella. Both projects are exemplary examples of multi-unit housing schemes that create a high-quality environment for their residents while making a strong and positive contribution to their context.
