Clay Farm is large residential development set within a substantial greenfield site in Ballyogan, on the Luas green line.
The masterplan organises distinct character areas around a central park and a series of ecological corridors, which retain the site’s existing mature trees, and make the most of the views over Dublin.
The design facilitates a flexible, phased delivery of the project, with each neighbourhood containing a sustainable mixture of units types and its own public open spaces, within a legible network of streets and generous public open spaces.
