O'Mahony Pike designed Capital Dock project gets planning permission

The O'Mahony Pike designed Capital Dock project for our client Kennedy Wilson, has been giving permission by Dublin City Council to proceed with development of the site.

The area extends to 4.8 acres and is one of the largest undeveloped sites in central Dublin.

When completed the building will provide 660,000 square feet of new office space in an area, with the main tower extending to 23 storeys when completed.

New ESB HQ gets planning approved

The joint design project between O'Mahony Pike Architects and Grafton Architect, to design the new ESB Headquarters, has passed the next stage. As Dublin City Council, Planning Department have giving approval for the demolished of the existing building to make way for the headquarters.
