Booterstown Wood is a development of 61 apartments located on a busy arterial road leading into Dublin City. The site is identified as a gateway landmark location and is situated opposite Thornwood, another OMP project. The elevated triangular site is situated besides low rise family housing to the east. It benefits from fine sea views over the adjacent houses and mountain views to the west. A cranked six storey wing overlooks the adjoining roadway with own door units at ground floor and deck access apartment at the upper levels. All the units are duel aspect to take full benefit of the views with full width balconies along the west facing facade.

An eight storey tower at the northern edge of the site creates a landmark corner to match the tower on the adjoining Thornwood development; both acting as sentinels at this busy junction. A landscaped courtyard is situated over the underground on the eastern side of the block. Glass, timber, coke coloured concrete panels and metal cladding are the principal materials.
